Metal Sculptor living in Olancha, CA. Educated in Berlin, she now lives with her daughter in the Eastern Sierra mountains. Her art comes from within, inspired by the solitude of the desert.

Author and professor at College of the Desert. Ruth writes poetry and edited a first of its kind book on the literature of the California Desert - "No Place for a Puritan".

A story about Llano del Rio, a co-operative colony that existed in the Antelope Valley from 1914 - 1917. At one point, there were an estimated 900 people living and working in the colony.
